"Our ac did not work in our room. There was a black tar on the carpet which I stepped on and it was so difficult to remove from my skin. The room smelt musty and like fumes because of what was on the carpet."

"We've stayed here 5 or more times now and each one has been pleasant! When traveling with younger kids it's so nice having the bigger separated rooms that give them a little more independence! The same goes for the breakfast each morning! They've got plenty for everyone to get something they like, and as early risers we couldn't ask for a better way to start! We will continue to book this property for any stays when doing something in both OC as well as LA"

"The lobby and first floor are bright and welcoming. The room is clean, though there is a very strong bleach smell upon entry. The hallway feels a bit dark and somewhat crowded. Overall, it is an okay stay."
