"The location was great but the room needs some upgrades the carpet was dirty. shampoo it or remove it "

"The pictures on the website are very miss leadin. The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom was step-in, sit down, and step-out. I was very much looking forward to staying at that hotel but w did not! The first flush of the toilet was a clog drain. The desk person asked if we thought a plunger would work. Yes, probably but I was not going to do that all the time. By this time it was 10:30 m or so and I told him we were not going to stay. Pack up again, load car and leave. All of this was after a 6 hour drive from Arizona."

"We checked in at 10 PM, and the electricity went out about 20 minutes later. There was not a single ray of light in the entire place. We had no choice but to leave. I requested a refund that night and was told they would contact me, but they never did. I went back the next day to follow up, and again they said they would contact me — yet I never heard from them. Terrible experience overall. Very poor management and customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this place."

"1) too bright to sleep since the door is frosted glass without any curtains or blackout shade. There is a skylight over the kitchenette in the bedroom that also made it too bright. 2) TV remote battery either dying or the remote just not functioning properly. Couldn't change channels smoothly or volume, and turning off the TV wasn't working so we had to do it on the TV itself 3) Bed a little too soft for me 4) Checked in but were in the other building and told that the wifi was different but didn't know where to find it. 5) phone in room doesn't have a button to auto call the front desk; inconvenient 6) a little dark in the bathroom sink area"

"The bar and staff and hotel were overall great, but you don't get to choose the location of your room and if you get stuck on the street side it's very loud throughout the night. Wish it came with ear plugs. "
