"Hotel is nice and close to Disneyland. It has charm but needs an upgrade on mattresses and pillows. Also loved the free shuttles. "

"You could probably find worse but you can definitely find better. Needs more maintenance. No hot water for two days, then they shut down the pool and waterslides without notice for ten days. Breakfast was okay."

"Location is why we stay here. Steps from the park entrance. Rooms are clean. They were doing Reno’s while we were there but noise wasn’t much and we weren’t there during the day anyhow so it didn’t matter. Used the laundry room. It was also clean and nice to have onsite. Staff were super friendly and check in and out was fast. Will stay here again. Definitely recommend."

"I came to celebrate my birthday since we've made reservation to eat at their rooftop restaurant View at the V, which was excellent btw. I asked if we can get a room with a view, the agent who checked me in kinda brushed it aside and we got a room with the view of the freeway instead. Overall though, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious & clean."
