"Clean room, staff was friendly, great shuttle drivers. Only issue and it isn't even really a complaint is small elevators. When we had the stroller or luggage we are couldn't fit in one trip. But we just took 2 trips or 2 elevators"

"I will say as I walked in, the lobby smelled so good! I am not sure what they are using, but do not change this; it was amazing. The front desk staff was fantastic, but the valet service seemed a bit disorganized. The touchpad for the elevator was mildly frustrating, as it would not respond to the first touch, and frankly, it made no sense. It gave a false sense of security; it should have read my keycard and then taken me only to my floor. The room was clean and quiet, I had a beautiful view of Angels Stadium."

"Really nice staff and cool little snack/drink/toy room with stuff for sale! Unfortunately the people staying above us made so much stomping noise all night, my family and I kept getting woken up. I would recommend getting an upstairs room if you do stay here!! "
