"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Went for a week in the beautiful Carcassonne. The hotel was in a perfect location and the rooms and bar were lovely. The housekeeping came and cleaned up the rooms and put new towels in the every day! I especially liked the Google Chromecast! Came in very useful. "
