Un sans-faute !

Je passe près de 80 nuits à l’hôtel par an. Celui-ci est un des meilleurs rapports qualité prix que je connaisse. Très propres, chambre confortable et mention spéciale pour le restaurant le soir.

Séjour le 15 août, jour férié, avons pris la nuit en demi pension par précaution du jour férié. Avons eu la surprise d avoir un coup de fil l après-midi même soit 3 h avant le dîner que le cuisinier est en vacances. Soit ce monsieur a bien le droit à ses congés mais les clients à leur dîner ! Que faire ... des croques monsieur nous ont été proposés ! Félicitation pour l organisation.... après une négociation nous avons pu dîner au restaurant Mercure que nous félicitons pour leur professionnalisme (eux) et la qualité des produits Merci le Mercure, Ibis allez y faire un stage ! M C H
