In particular we want to thank Martin, who went to great lengths to get us to our taxi when the street in front of the hotel was closed down temporarily for some sort of city work. "Love the hotel and especially the rooftop pool. Amazing view! We had the family room for 4 and was so spacious! Comfortable beds. We arrived early and room was not ready so we used the luggage lockers and had access to pool and amenities. Also a nice courtyard area there. The only downside I would say is a lot of homeless etc outside of the hotel but walk a couple blocks down the street and it’s much better. Staff was friendly and helpful and ordered us a taxi for an early morning flight. "
