"Hotel was nice, but there were no blankets on the bed or closet and no curtains in the window, just some shades that allowed too much light in the room at night. Also, even being on the 10th floor we could hear the outside music blasting at midnight. "

"On the whole, the hotel was fantastic. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was very good. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for lunch or dinner. We were in bedroom 315 and the noise from the courtyard was quite loud in the evenings and first thing in the morning when the staff for setting up for breakfast which starts from 6 am. Ear plugs solve this problem however, if you wanted some rest in the afternoon in your room be prepared for noise."

"Only complaint, the rooms are a bit small and there isn’t a lot of table space for 2 persons in the suite. Other than that, great facility. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean, great views & great location. Safe and walkable. 4.5/5 overall. "

"Personally, I would not recommend it. The staff made billing errors—though these were eventually refunded—and I feel they do not provide much information regarding hotel rules during check-in. (They tried to charge us an extra $40 for a stain on a bedsheet—something I don't consider reasonable, as such accidents can happen in hotels, and items like towels and sheets can typically be replaced and laundered at no extra cost.) We actually had to complain to a supervisor to help resolve the situation. The rooms are smaller than they appear online, and the air conditioning does not work well (it feels hot a good portion of the time). They provide only one towel per person, and every time we tried to request an extra one, it became a hassle, and they were unable to provide it. I can honestly say that this has been one of the worst hotels I have visited during my travels; I did not enjoy the experience at all and, personally, I would not stay there again."
