"Located in the Manila district Heiss Hotel was a short distance from many attractions such as El Problado park, Provenza, Sante Fe Mall, and many dining options were available both on site and just a short distance down the street. Special shout out to Santiago the bartender ! After each night out we would stop by for drinks and he was always accommodating ! Bigzz pizza was fire ! A must try. Rooms were on the smaller side but it was fine for my husband and I as we went out during the day and didn’t return until night. We will definitely be back on our next visit."

"This was our second time staying at the NH Collection Hotel, and once again, everything was wonderful. The hotel is lovely inside and out, and the location is absolutely perfect - only 2 blocks from the huge Santa Fe Shopping Mall. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and spotless, and the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent every morning, as was the restaurant staff. We particularly appreciated Daisy and Diego keeping our coffee cups filled every morning. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the evening of our arrival, and both the food and the service were excellent. The thing that made our stay most enjoyable was the attention given by the staff. Upon getting out of the taxi, everyone at the hotel greeted us with a cheerful "Welcome Back!" Jorge, the bellman, was eager to grab our bags and take them to our room and make sure we were happy with our accommodations. Jose and Indira at the front desk were so friendly and helpful with every request we made! We so much enjoyed playing the piano in the lobby. We also very much appreciate the bellman, Miguel, helping us with a restaurant reservation, and it's so nice that Ricardo, the hotel manager, frequently walks through the hotel, warmly greeting guests. This hotel holds a very special place in our hearts, and we give it our highest recommendation!"
