"The front desk staff were excellent. They were welcoming, helpful and all spoke English. The location is perfect if you want to see the Sagrada Familia as it’s right around the corner. The accommodations were pretty basic and a bit tired but if you’re only there for one night, it’s tolerable. The positives are the front desk staff, the breakfast is wonderful and can’t beat the location for the Sagrada Familia. One more thing, fantastic gem across the street for tapas, Pepetas, an absolute must...

"The check in process is 100% self service through a kiosk. It’s not very user friendly and when you call for assistance the staff is not very nice or helpful. The air conditioner in our apartment wasn’t working when we checked in, they told us we needed to wait until the next day for someone to come look at it."
