"I have stayed in this hotel for the last three times on a yearly basis.Very nice and satisfied.But on this trip, I am disappointed as I have booked a Premier twin room (43 sq m) but was given a room of 39 (sqm). However, I believe that it would be better if I had check in on weekdays instead of Saturday. Stay from Saturday and checked out on Wednesday."

It really is a traditional Japanese hotel and experience and loved the friendly and helpful staff, and the location is just a short 10 min scenic stroll across the river to the bus/train station. Didnt know what to expect but the Japanese style tatami rooms were cosy and comfy, and the outdoor onsen was just what was needed after a day on the ski slopes.
