For a remotely managed operation, it is in very good condition, and the service via phone and messages has been excellent. The price could be more competitive. It is well-located, considering it is not right on the seafront.

The room was super pretty and had some nice amenities to it. I will say we had to seep our floor when we checked it cause it was covered in sand and didn’t look like it had been swept or mopped. Also it took us 2 days to receive more towels but other than that beautiful place, very cozy

We really love staying here ! This is our second time and we will definitely be back. Communication is top notch. I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! I also love the front porches for all the rooms. Nice to sit outside and enjoy coffee or a cold drink in the evening ❤️

Our stay was honestly much better than expected. It’s one of the very rare times that the pictures of the room and property did not represent the quality of the room. Our expectations were unfortunately low, but once we arrived we were very pleased with our choice. The couch appeared broken upon arrival, but was not the end of the world for our stay. Mold in the back room’s ceiling was also present but with it being so close to the beach, we understood that it’s inevitable at some point or another. Me as well as friends that stayed would definitely recommend this motel. When checking notifying of a late check out, I was promptly responded to with a understanding message of take your time and let us know when you’re out which was greatly appreciated. A great experience. Thanks so much for the hard work!!

The carolina beach motel is adorable and a very short walk to the beach! While there is no staff on site, they are very communicative via text and send reminders with everything you need. We had no issues and will definitely reccomend!

We surprised our 7 year old son with a birthday weekend and couldn't have been more thrilled with this place. It was everything we were looking for from the easy check in, the location, the size of the room, and the area felt really safe. We can't wait to book again!!

The communication from property management/owners was really good. From initial booking to checking out was a great experience. The hotel room was spacious, really modern and clean, beds were super comfy, and it was very quiet. The only negative thing I experienced was the inability to find the on-site pool and the water pressure in the shower wasnt great. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. Despite the two negative things I found, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would even book again!

Mostly great stay. We arrived very late after 2am and the door code provided did not work. This caused some anxiety but they had someone on call to reset the code within a few minutes. There was no ceiling fan and where the AC was positioned in the room made it pretty stuffy in there.. otherwise clean and comfortable I would stay again for sure.

Overpriced for what it was but good stay overall. It was the only thing left as we had to book last minute so some of that is the situations fault. They used way too much febreeze or something! Location is good for short walk to beach as well as great restaurants and bars close by.
