"Exceptionally well laid-out duplex, very near Carolina Beach and all it has to offer. The four bedrooms spread across 3 floors was an ideal set-up for our all-adult group. The place was spotlessly clean. Several folks in our group really loved the big, comfy, sectional in the living area. It had a lot of great amenities for group gatherings, but we were not really there long enough to take advantage of those."

They had everything labeled so it was easy to find what you need. The kitchen is high end with plenty of kitchen cookware small appliances. We Barbequed by the saltwater pool which was very nice. It was a comfortable stay for our group of 14. Plenty of space. Will be back"

The private beach access just across the street was convenient and the ocean views from the balcony provided the perfect spot for morning coffee or late evening relaxing. The condo was spacious and provided ample space for our group to hang out together or chill in your own spot. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and plenty of seating at the table. One of the nicest and best laid our floor designs we’ve stayed in over the years."

"We read reviews from earlier this year, and we’re concerned about the cleanliness and the condition. Property was spotless inside, and things were a bit aged and worn, but that did not matter to us. We didn’t expect a separate downstairs apartment, which was nice except for the lousy bunkbed mattresses. The three bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable. It occurred to me to ask whether I could fix some of the little things that a homeowner can do, but I decided I’m not picking up a screwdriver all week. My son and I noticed lots of aluminum shards in the sand just as soon as you step up the concrete going towards the ocean. These could be easily taken up by one of those rolling magnets. Taking care of that little problem would go a long way towards safety and comfort.. We like to try different beach houses every year, and we’d gladly return to Shoo Fly again."
