"We did lose air conditioning for a day, but I think they were doing maintenance. Other than that, the reception staff and cleaning staff were amazing! Shibuya station is right there. Breakfast is great and was a perfect option to opt in. Staff are great. Amenities are great. Hotel is perfect. We’ll be back for longer days for sure. "Very clean, very simple check in and helpful staff with a great understanding of the English language. We could not have been happier with choosing this hotel.
