"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever been. The executive lounge service was great. This hotel also has the 7 Eleven on the 2nd floor. This hotel in my opinion is a 5 star hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff would go an extra mile to make sure we had good experience. It is located closer to the famous Tokyo crossing street. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff also speak english for those who are not fluent in Japanese. They will help you to hail a taxi when it’s time for you to return to airport. The gentleman in at the desk also helped to bring my suitcase to the taxi even though he didn’t have to. Overall very clean place and located in a spot where you can walk further into the action packed Shibuya!"

"Relatively quiet being next to the train tracks, but could be quieter, I had to use earplugs the first night, but I did not need to the rest of the week. I was so exhausted. I fell asleep and any little bit of noise didn’t matter. Next time I’ll ask to face the road and try that side out. The beds where comfortable. The amenity brands were good, entry level Panasonic nano care hairdryer not as good as other hotels but decent. Overall, I would stay here again."

"Excellent value- no frills but test provides luxury amenities - pajamas, sleepers, toliletries. We had a room with private bathroom and long bed. It was comfortable, very clean. Location is also very scellent - quiet spot in the very busy neighborhood and walking distance to Shibuya station "
