Great vacation...

Other than 3 calls made to Maintenance to repair our A/C due to an outage, our stay was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again. Aloha!

Love this property!

This unit was exactly as it appeared online. The property was wonderful, much more quiet than nearby resort properties. We would definitely stay here again! Easy to get to and from airport and all Honolulu destinations. Staff friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed immensely. Has everything one could possibly need. Chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, baby float, fully stocked kitchen. Great place to relax and avoid the craziness of Waikiki . About 30 min from Honolulu. Has multiple restaurants at all price points, shopping and a general store.

awesome place!!

We loved every minute of our stay! The location was unmatched. The ground was beautifully maintained. We were close to everything (a little plaza of shops was just a couple of minutes away), yet we had the sense of seclusion and peace. The unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was more than roomy for our family of four. While we didn't cook much, we can vouch for the fabulous full kitchen to those who might want to do more cooking.

Love Ko'olina

We have never rented a condo before, always stayed in hotels. That is going to change since we had such a beautiful place, lots of room, great view and everything provided was top of the line. The area is lovely, not jammed with people or traffic. We ate at home, Longboards, and had great food at the J.W. Marriott. We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful vacation spot. Will not be disappointed

My wife and i stayed in this unit w/ our two boys (13, 11) for a week and had a most wonderful vacation. Location could not be better. Unit was clean, spacious, and quiet. The views from the lanai were exquisite. Everyone was friendly; the pools were perfect; and the beaches/lagoons are safe, fun, and not crowded. Great snorkeling steps from the unit. I highly recommend this unit and this complex. We will definitely go back.

Beyond Expectations

This place far exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect, the condo was immaculate and don't get me started on the kitchen and appliances. Don't think twice about staying here, just book it! You won't regret it :) And thank you to Pam for being very easy to communicate with.

Perfect

The condo is beautiful. Perfect for two couples. A few plates were missing but it was handled immediately by the property manager. Location and views are gorgeous. , pools are the perfect temperature- we couldn’t think of one thing that wasn’t first class. We can’t wait to return to this condo again!!!! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us!!!

THE best stay EVER!!

Our experience with Ola Properties was amazing from start to finish! Greg and Property staff was in constant communication with us. The Property is stunning!! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially with kids! The view from the kitchen made cooking so enjoyable! I didn't mind cooking at all!! We hope to come back again one day! I highly recommend this Property!!! The pictures provided on the site do not do this Villa justice!

Stunning property & perfect home base

We stayed at this gorgeous property for 9 day with our two kids (ages 2 years & 5 months). Not only is the unit gorgeous and wonderfully outfitted, it was the perfect layout for our family -- the master bed on bath on one side, and the kiddos room and bathroom on the side. Plus there's access to the lanai from the master bedroom. It was the perfect home base to all of our activities during our stay. The overall property is wonderful too - adult & kids pools, gym, access to the beach, parking, etc. And the folks at Ola Properties were such a joy to work with - super responsive and just lovely. Cant say enough nice things about our full experience!

Great vacation condo to stay with awesome private view!

Our family with two young kids stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. We made an effort to try and hang out in the room more as it was so nice. It has a gorgeous private view of the ocean with no one looking in on you. The furnishings were very nice and the whole condo was very nicely maintained and quiet with everything we might have thought we needed (ie: pump soap for the bathrooms). We all loved the pools and whole complex with bar and beach area. We always found a spot by either pool which was nice and not crowded and the lagoon was nice and spacious as well with not a whole lot of people around. The walk to the ABC store is right down the road and Safeway is close by (10 minute drive) too. We will definitely come back here and recommend it to our friends!!!

Ko Olina Beach Villas for a Relaxing Vacation

This is our second rental through VRBO & our first to Oahu. The Beach Villas & properties are well maintained tastefully appointed. Our view of the North Pacific Ocean & mountains was incredible. The pictures did not lie. Daytime shade on this side of the building allowed us to enjoy the lanai in comfort. The lagoon provided ample area to play & relax. There is no loud, noisy party atmosphere. Ko Olina is great for couples or families. An extensive walking/jogging path is available bordering the waterfront. The West shore is an easy drive with light traffic only. Many beaches can be found along this side of Oahu. Shopping is available within a 15 min drive or by local transit. My wife & I felt safe throughout our travels. Beach Villa security is provided 24/7. We would not hesitate to rent through VRBO & Ola Properties in the future.

Amazing Property in Perfect Location

Let me start by saying I'm a hotel snob. I like nice places to stay (especially on vacation). I say that so you know when I say this condo is amazing, you know it's amazing. In fact, I feel like the pictures online aren't as amazing as the actual unit--especially when it comes to the views. The views of the lagoons are great but even more impressive are the views of the sunset each evening. Absolutely incredible. The unit itself has a great kitchen and both bathrooms are rather large. The unit also had about 8 beach chairs, and umbrella, some kid floating things and other creature comforts you'd need if you had your own beach house. Overall, the location is perfect (stayed at other places in Ko Olina and this is the best location) because it's an easy walk to all four of the lagoons--great if you have kids. Also, you can easily walk to the Ko Olina marina to get on a snorkel cruise or other water activities. Great stay and I would certainly book the same unit again in the future next time we stay on Oahu.

Beautiful property

The location of this property is exceptional. Having a view off our balcony of the ocean and the lagoons and the other nearby resorts was incredible. You are completely removed from the craziness of Waikiki and feel like you are truly on a relaxing vacation. I was able to rent a paddleboard from the Aulani which was great but the beach villas also made it very convenient if you wanted to have equipment delivered to the resort. Everyone was very helpful and the condo itself was immaculate and very beautiful and up-to-date and clean. It comes with four beach chairs six Beach towels and having a washer and dryer on the premises was great as well. The location of this property is exceptional. Having a view off our balcony of the ocean and the lagoons and the other a joining resorts was incredible. You are completely removed from the craziness of Waikiki and feel like your truly on a relaxing vacation. I was able to rent a paddleboard from the old Lani which was great but they also made it very convenient if you wanted to have equipment delivered to the resort. Everyone was very helpfuand the condo itself was immaculate and very beautiful and up-to-date and clean. They also supply 4 beach chairs a boogie board and six beachtowels and having a washer and dryer was great too

Beach Villa 608

My Husband and I have stayed at the beach villas a dozen times or more. This visit we stayed in Beach Villa 608 and everything about it was perfect. From check in to check out everything was awesome. Villa is clean, location is perfect and the Sunset view NEVER disappoints. Looking forward to our next stay and we would definitely choose villa 608 again.

Beautiful Property

This was our second visit at Ko Olina but we rented from a different manager for our first stay (which was even more amazing). Layout was exactly the same, just two floors lower. We did experience a couple of issues during our stay, both were eventually resolved to our satisfaction, but the first issue was not resolved until a day later. Otherwise I would have rated it higher. Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep very well until it was resolved, but the rest of the stay was fabulous. Jason was also awesome and very responsive.

Fantastic Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The grounds are impeccably managed, and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. Some lovely things to note if you decide to book this unit: - washer and dryer included (huge pro) - variety of beach items came stocked (umbrella, 6 chairs, sand toys, 3 boogie boards, beach towels, and rolling cooler) - beds were very comfortable (they will convert the twin room into a king if you request in advance) - view from the lanai is lovely - proximity to the lagoon is fantastic (and it is BY FAR the least crowded out of the 4 in Ko Olina) Overall, even though this is a pricey area, we felt it was worth every penny of value. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Second visit to Ko Olina Beach Villas. This place is magical and our stay couldn’t have been better. The suite is incredible and the view from the Lanai is priceless. Highly recommended. We’ll be back.

My husband, adult son and I loved our stay at this beautiful property. The condo was very well appointed and we LOVED the large sliding doors that brought the outdoors inside.
