"The property in general is well kept, only minor details that I’ve noticed. Pools are very nice and clean. Staff in general are good although they need to be trained better specially in all the restaurants. They need to be more friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Great entertainment and many planned activities. In general it is a very nice Resort for adults. "

"I really wish I could give this hotel 6 stars. I am normally happy to go home, but this trip I didn't want to leave. From my butler Cesar to the swim up pool bartenders to the staff in the restaurants to the dealers in the casino I have never met a better staff. If you are on the fence about this property, please take my advice and book it. I have been to beautiful resorts in many different countries, and this was the best. I did not have my daughter with me so I was at the adults only pool or on the beautiful beach. I will be returning with my daughter because I saw all of the great kid's activities they have on the kid friendly side of the resort. They even had a high-quality show on a big stage every night at 9 pm. that many people attended. The food and service were top notch, I highly recommend the drink called the Majestic. I normally don't write reviews, but I needed to take a few minutes to let others know what a gem this was. BOOK IT!!!! Maybe I will see you when I return :)"

"Our stay was great. We stayed 8 nights and everyone was very welcoming from the very start. We got upgraded to perfered through expida. We then decided to pay the extra for elite. Which gave us full access to everything on both sides and top shelf booze and a personal butler who took care of everything for us. It was worth the money for the time we stayed. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Tons of storage and big washroom with walk in shower. Good water pressure and very hot water. We got the swim out garden view and loved it, used it every day. The food was good not great. The buffet was the basic food but there was a good amount of choices. The restaurant were better and easy to book. The beach was amazing. They were out every morning cleaning up the seaweed. The resort over all is very clean and easy to find your way after a day or two. Overall it was a great vacation and we will be back when the new one is built"

"The location of this hotel is unbeatable—right on the beach and close to major attractions. The check-in and check-out process were fast. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The breakfast, buffet and restaurants were great. The Wi-Fi was very good. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient place, we will return for sure."
