We chose this resort for our honeymoon celebration and it was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to try 3 different restaurants for dinner and they were all delicious, for lunch we usually had Helios or ordered from the pool menu and they were also very good! Every staff member that we encountered was always very welcoming and friendly, a lot of the staff even learned my husbands name because of how much they would come check on us. Our room was incredible and very clean. Our butlers also made sure to leave us a special detail for our honeymoon one of the nights, and at one of the restaurants they also made a special dessert for us. They were very accommodating if we needed anything and you can tell that they truly want their guests to have a great experience. We loved our stay and cannot wait to be back in the near future!

This was our first stay at a 5-star hotel like this and I couldn't say better things about it. The service was incredible, our butters Ana & Sergio where just incredible. Awnsering every question we had, fulling dreams, and setting up surprises. The hotel was a little confusing to navigate with the several locations and properties around the palladium area, but staff as well as the butters had us covered in no time. The drinks at the several bars across the bar where just incredible, bartenders super patient as well as mixing some of the best cocktails i've ever had. All the bars where using only top shelf liquor if not something very close to it. All I gotta say is I will be coming back most definitely, I loved this resort even more then I could have ever imagined and it had treated us so well for me and my girlfriends 3 year anniversary. Thank you to everyone who had hosted us.

My first all inclusive, beautiful resort, great vibe, excellent staff overall. Meals were excellent, book ahead, definitely go to the steakhouse. Book your bali beds EARLY. Our butler wasn't the greatest, but would go back.

We were here two years ago and returned just recently; food, staff, hotel grounds and ambience still excellent. Capricho breakfast is the best, you can choose from an à la carte menu and then an ample buffet. Shout out to Super Cesar!! The beach is white sandy and there are plenty of chairs with staff always ready to assist.

Great Hotel with so much to do ! You get butlers assigned with your room and they help you all throughout the day with room needs, restaurant reservations , spa reservations , pool bed reservations , etc . Anything you aren’t too sure about just text and ask your butler ! Food is great although some restaurants definitely better than others , multiple places to eat breakfast , lunch and dinner , definitely a big property but they have multiple cart drivers to take you all around and wherever you need to go just stop one and ask ! Overall a great experience had so fun , be sure to check out the other grand palladium property as you get access to most of their amenities when booking through Expedia . Big thanks to Estrella and Ana for being our butlers during our stay they were definitely a big big help !
