"This hotel was an easy 5 min walk from the Interlaken West train station. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful, explaining how to get around town. Coffee and tea were available in a common area. Our room was super clean, with good lighting and everything we needed. We could walk to a Coop grocery in about 3 minutes, very convenient."

"Beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms which are like mini apartments! Balconies have a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Great parking directly outside the hotel.
