"Amazing hotel, nothing bad to say at all! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived! The room was perfect; very clean and modern, comfortable bed, good amenities and facilities. The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a good way to start the day. Free coffee machine in the main lobby was a nice touch. Location was perfect, just outside Interlaken West station and shops and restaurants all very close. Thank you for a perfect stay! "

"I enjoyed my stay here so much! I had a beautiful view via my terrace, facing the mountains. Hotel cleans rooms every day and does a wonderful job. Breakfast was very fancy and delicious. The elevators were super efficient - I never shared an elevator with anyone and always got one within 10 seconds. Interlaken ost is a 13 minute walk, Interlaken west an 8 minute walk. They also give you an Interlaken card for travel nearby. The only thing I wish is that there was laundry services available on site. Other than that, if I find myself in Interlaken again I will 100% rebook! Thank you all!"
