"Very comfortable hotel, all of the staff were very welcoming. Room was a nice size, I had a balcony which was a nice plus. Bed was super cozy, bathroom was fine. Breakfast was nice, had dinner one night and it was good. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute walk to the cable car. Plenty of hiking from Murren but also access to plenty of options in the valley. "

"My wife and i had a great view of the mountains and waterfalls from out window. Literally we were able to see the town of Lauterbrunnen from our porch. The staff was very nice, helpful and respectful. All of the dinner place were in a close walking distance."

"Old world charm in a beautiful setting. From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and helpful.The morning breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and were appetizing. A real treat was the pianist at night setting the tone of a world gone by.
Would love to stay here again it is also a one minute walk from the train station. Give them a call and they will take your bags from the station to the uphill climb to the hotel.."
"We loved our stay in Lauterbrunnen, and this property was a wonderful choice for our group of three couples. The location is excellent—just steps from the bus stop and with a lovely trail that leads directly into town.A few areas could use improvement. The mattresses, particularly in the loft, were quite uncomfortable, and the ones in the bedrooms felt close to worn out. The pillows were also very flat, so having fresher or more supportive options would make a big difference. The coffee maker leaked, which created a mess on the counter each time we tried to use it, though the French press was a good backup.Aside from these points, everything else about the house was absolutely wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there.Juliet is extremely responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. We would definitely stay at this property again."
