Great breakfast options to cater for all. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The property was spotless and well maintained. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Lovely

Good central position parking nearby in public carpark but a bit difficult to drop of large amounts of luggage outside the property. Towel left behind the door from previous guests. Shower above the bath but no non-slip bathmat this would have been helpful. Food in the restaurant excellent.

I booked the stay at White Cottage for my wife, Anne, as she was visiting from Australia and needed a location close to her family in Wombourne. She was delighted with the friendliness of Jackie & Rob who made her feel completely "at home". The room had everything that she needed and the breakfasts were superb. The added extras were very much appreciated too. Hopefully, we can both stay there next year when we are back in the UK. Anne highly recommends White Cottage for a stay in the Midlands.

We found this guest house to be very comfortable and the room spacious. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast.

My family and I had a short two night stay at this hotel. But we wish we could have stayed a lot longer. After the hustle and bustle of the cities, Jackfield and the surrounding towns of Bridgnorth and Ironbridge, were delightful! The hospitality at the hotel was excellent. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious. We ate in for dinner each night and there was a good selection on the menu. The rooms were spacious and had all the mod cons. Louise made an outstanding effort towards our holiday. Welcoming and with good knowledge of the area.

The Down Inn is such a nice place to stay - it's a quality pub with wonderful carvery, cheerful helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and a really nice comfortable feel.

Cheery and welcoming inn, set amongst the historical backdrop of the birthplace of the industrial revolution.

Lovely, clean property in a great little town. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast is top notch.

The ambience and very helpful staff

Reasonable option central to a lot of the sights in the area. Once the issue of being given a smaller room than was booked was rectified the stay was satisfactory.
