The highlight is undoubtedly the breathtaking panoramic view of the Alps from the rooms and the rooftop bar; waking up to that scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with large glass windows that make you feel connected to the mountains at all times. Cleanliness and comfort were flawless. The location is another major advantage—perfectly situated near the train station and within walking distance of the old town. What truly elevated the experience was the warm and professional service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Adlers combines luxury, convenience, and stunning natural beauty seamlessly. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Innsbruck and would gladly return."

"Mostly clean & pleasant for the price but a few issues. Bedroom door didn't shut unless it was locked with the key, the bathroom 'moved' and staff were only available a few hours per day The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and location is good though"

"Very clean room - full credit to the housekeeping team. Close to tram station - only a few steps. Very good breakfast too. Would be better if there were options for those who do not eat pork. Overall, 5* quality. "

"An excellent hotel with a great location and delicious breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the cable car and with beautiful centre of Garmisch just around the corner. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the family of three. The room was very well equipped, including free beverage in the fridge (Arolser beer was a particularly good one), Nespresso machine as well as slippers and bathrobes. Selection of food for breakfast and buffet dinner was excellent and delicious - bravo to Chef! The only ideas for improvement are to update the pool area and to reduce the waiting time at the dinner in days of set menu. I would be happy to come back again!"

"Very clean bed/bathroom. It was cold outside but the room was nice and cozy. Pillows were a bit soft and flat, But the reception quickly sorted that out and delivered more to our door. Larger than normal fridge, which was a plus."
