The hotel was a great place to stay - it filled our needs and was a good value , clean and had a great staff . It is family run and a great find . Great location , beautiful scenery and friendly staff . Do not sleep on the breakfast - we have done a lot of travel and spent time at very expensive hotels - this breakfast is awesome . The owner / manager is a great host ( Andreas ) - highly recommend

This was the best recommendation from hotel.com so far. The personal was so kind with me and my family and I love that the offer hot drinks until very late free of charge. The family room is big enough and very cozy with a wonderful view of the Zugspitze from the bed

Great weekend getaway-easy access to everything!

The stay was wonderful and the front desk was supremely helpful giving us ideas of what to do (beside ski!) There were city bus passes that they gave us which allowed us to go to Linderhoff and get around town with ease (no parking!). It was a great breakfast spread as well, and super clean.

We booked the Jumbo room but it was in a different building opposite to the Hotel. The Spa, pool was nice but we had to walk in Cold and there was no mention of this during the booking. The Hotel staff were really kind and nice. The big room had a squeaky spiring bed and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in the living room. Expected much better as the price was expensive as well.

The hotel and staff are outstanding. From the moment we walked in to check out, we were well and truly spoilt. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything you needed and didnt know you needed were supplied. The breakfast was delicious, the spa and pool were an added bonus after busy days exploring. Rita on reception was lovely and made our stay run smoothly with so much information and help on transport, trips, restaurants, tickets etc. The location was perfect too. Thank you for a truly wonderful time. Highly recommended.
