Located in the heart of Seefeld and close to all trails, restaurants and train station, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. We upgraded our room for the chalet experience and were very happy with the decor and vibe. It felt like having a mini appartment. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection of items both savoury and sweet as well as the more healthy options. We dined a la carte and had a delicious meal and a fantastic waitress. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only surprise at the end was being charged for coffee pods, but I guess we should have read the list of consummable items better, we did not even glance at this since in most countries coffee is complementary. In no way this marred our experience, simply mentionning it for future guests to be aware. The spa is a great way to relax after mountain hiking all day and was appreciated to restore sore muscles. We loved our stay and would come back in the future if we ever visit the area again.

The pool was a really good size and the staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing location in the square and easy walk from train station. Room was too warm and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Room was really big but dated. The half board food was OK, drink prices very reasonable.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Seefeld. Spa facilities are excellent. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful but especially Eva who served us and reception staff Alexander who gave us great advise on where to go walking. Thank you for an amazing staf

Alpenlove is a lovely hotel! We stayed in a Diamond sweet, the room was amazing and felt very luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection at breakfast and the food was good quality. The pool and spa facilities were nice, and a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Seefeld is a lovely area in a beautiful part of the Austria. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing and relaxing weekend at Hotel Alpenlove in Seefeld, Tirol. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and the place itself is absolutely beautiful. From the cozy rooms to the stunning views, everything made our stay unforgettable. The location is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. I am a solo traveller. I love the quality of this hotel and feel very safe in Seefeld. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In October 2024 I had a room with a single bed. It was hard to sleep as it was so small but on my trip in March 2025 I had a double bed which made my holiday so much more enjoyable. The food is amazing as is the spa area. I would highly recommend any of the Kaltschmid hotels, I have been staying in their hotels for 25 years.

Overall this was a good hotel with good amenities, and we had half board for meals. The pros: great pool area with jets and a really nice spa area, along with nice lounging areas and good hotel gym. Great food included. For dinner in the restaurant you have a choice of 3 options for the main course: a meat option, fish or vegetarian option. You do get a lot of food with all the courses!. Friendly reception staff. The cons: the pool/spa/gym is only open from 8am to 8pm. Sounds good but when you consider breakfast starts at 7am, and dinner runs from 6:30-8pm, its somewhat difficult to fit in if you also want to do some sightseeing of the area! Plus big note - the spa area, excluding the pool area is actually listed as a clothing prohibited area. Its ok if you are used to that, but it takes a little getting used to with mixed sexes. I wore a towel and I think I was told off in German for it! The rooms do not have tea/coffee making facilities but I think that is pretty normal for German hotels perhaps. There is a mini bar fridge in room but you have to pay for each item. Our room had a shag carpet throughout, which did creap me out a little bit, but I wore slippers which made it ok! I think some of the rooms have been updated that have hard floors.

Romantic getaway

Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back!

there was no hot water from 3 pm until the next morning !!! so after using the pool we cant took a shower so we were with Chlorine all night . the staff ignored us, wasnt care and we weren't compensated at all. also in breakfast the staff was unpleasant. when we checked out instead of apology we recived a tes-tube with salt - HA HA HA

Bad sound isolation

It is a good hotel but there is bad/no sound isolation in the rooms and the noises makes it impossible to sleep. First it was just some kind of ventilation outside thats was fine, as was the noices from the outside as the location is very central this is to be expected, but it meant I had to sleep with the windows closed and the airquality and temperature in the room was very bad with no aircon. Then they emptied trash/glas containers outside aroynd 6 am, for like 30 minutes, that created this horrible noise. Overall not a great sleep experiance.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gehen auf Wünsche ein und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Hervorragendes Essen, 5-Gänge Abendessen erlebt. Üppiges Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber. Traumhafter Spa- und Wellnessbereich. Wahlweise FKK oder man behält seine Badesachen an. Super Lage mitten im Ort. Garage vorhanden, muss man zwar durch die Fußgängerzone schleichen und schief von den Passanten angeschaut werden, aber das kann man aushalten. Wir baten um kurze kostenfreie Verlängerung also um late-check-out und es war möglich. Den Wagen konnten wir auch noch eine Weile länger stehen lassen. Als Pärchen-Urlaub einfach ideal! Alles war nahezu perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!
