"Did not need air conditioning. The ladies cleaning the rooms were very helpful, and provided extra trash liners. Appreciate the gentleman at the front desk waiting until 11:00 pm for my arrival, due to very late flight. Also appreciate the morning front desk gentleman who made photocopies for me. I will reserve a room again!"

"The condo is wonderful! Lots of great artwork to enjoy! Leather reclining sofas and chairs are comfortable and inviting. Mattresses are top quality and linens are good! Only around /- 800 feet to the beach. We had a wonderful time!"

"Our room was very clean. Loved the "old" Victorian decor! Bed was super comfy. Shower has 2 shower heads, fits 2 people, marble floor, and gold fixtures! Staff was friendly and nice. The pool was beautiful but we didnt swim. Also has a gorgeous bar, pool room to shoot pool - with original wood floors, all decorated in old Florida Victorian style. They do not offer complimentary water in the room but they do offer it for $8 a bottle, $5 for snacks."

"Thought I was booking a family run old hotel. Turned out no staff on site, needed app to open door, room ceiling leaked into my suitcase, broken arm on couch in lobby, porch furniture was dirty, internet went down so key app did not work, smelled moldy, etc. very disappointing."

"The pool was closed most of the time we were there other than that it was wonderful."

"Very clean from top to bottom. So many things were added as an extra touch such as tea and coffee and towel towels for the beach. TV in every room such nice decor loved the front porch swings. Stephanie was so easy to communicate with."

"Great location on the cape and nice accommodations for my wife and I to have a nice weekend getaway. Emily reached out personally and let us know she was there if there was anything we needed, which was above and beyond and unnecessary considering the clean and welcome condo she has available. We will use the next time we are in the cape."
