"Had a nice stay. House was clean and the owner is very accommodating. Only negatives were cleaning service only had one roll of toilet paper in the house and only 1 ice tray. Both easily remedied. Would stay here again"

"Can not ask for a better set up...one story home, 2 steps to private pool, a dozen FLAT steps to the beach! House lives wonderful, host thinks of all the little things like nite lights, organized well stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, coffee filters and on and on. We are booked for 2025!"

"We were all very comfortable and very happy with the unit. The elevator was so very helpful. The view was beautiful and the porch a very nice place to sit even in the rain. Nancy, the host, was more than accommodating. She responded so quickly and was very helpful. The bed was very high and the toilets very low and difficult for someone with mobility issues is the only negative comment I could make. I wonderful place to stay."

"The views were incredible from all levels. The second bedroom view was of the bay. Very clean and nice beachy decor. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is right over the water and we liked to sit on the screened deck or upstaiirs deck and enjoy the sights and sound of the waves"

"This was our second stay at this campsite. Cape San Blas is beautiful. The site is clean and there is a nice view of the bay. The beach is wonderful and only a short walk behind. Carrying ant spray and an outdoor rug."

"The house was beautiful and so conveniently located! We all (especially the kids) enjoyed watching the many turtles in the pond below the decks. It was a very short walk to the Gulf side pool and then the beach boardwalk just beyond the pool. We really appreciated all the beach gear available to us. Lots of really nice conveniences as well like the handsoaps in every bathroom and the body wash and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the showers. The hosts were great and very communicative. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay! The kids were sad to leave and asked if we could come back next year."

"This property is in a great location, super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was so nice not having to bring our own beach gear since it was provided by the owners. They even had bowls & towels for our dog. Pearl was very easy to communicate with and even called to check on us after a bad storm. We had to cut our visit short due to an unexpected emergency at home, but we would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay! Proximity to the beach was the #1 amenity to our family of four. We also loved the view from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan and appliance we needed and the hose/shower outside made it easy to keep sand outside. Another family was staying in the next door unit but we didn’t hear them at all. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. Thanks for everything!"
