"Overall property was excellent and location was great within walking distance to all the famous temples in Nara Park. However when requesting a taxi to take us back to the train station it took longer than expected and we missed our train departure. Also taxi/car is limited as the hotel is located directly in the park. Walking is faster but with heavy luggage it’s not very convenient."

"The house itself is spacious and cozy. The garden is a pretty one and invites for relaxing hours in the sun. We got a tour through the facilities by the extremly kind host! I definitely recommend staying here."

"The room was comfy and actually very spacious. Food near by closes super early so if you're walking keep that in mind. I would recommend an eye mask since the sun rises early and there are only blinds and not curtains! Other than that very charming place!"
