The girl speaks Chinese at front desk is superb, very professional, friendly and helpful. Explained the room service policy to us, help us check in when the aautomatic check in machine failed.

Great value. Quiet and clean. Conveniently across the street from Tennoji station. Rooms are quite large vs. nearby hotels though a bit dated. The nightly rate was very good. Will stay there again without hesitation.

Very convenient it is connected directly to the subway station! We stayed for 5 nights Comfortable and clean as well. I am travelling with small kid , if the hotel can provide the baby toilet seat it will be perfect!

The hotel was next to the jr station, super accessible and convenient. However, anyone can get to the upper levels of the hotel so it felt a bit insecure for guests staying in it. The room was spacious with a nice city view. Overall would recommend this hotel to others.

Convenient and nice!

Very convenient and spacious (for Japanese standards) room in a very nice hotel. The room was the size of a typical U.S. hotel room. The hotel was directly across the street from the JR station and within the (can access the hotel without stepping out of the Osaka Abenobashi) train station. Staff was superb! 7-Eleven store next door too.

The hotel is located next to Tennoji Station and near 2 big shopping malls. Parking at the hotel was full so we had to park at the shopping mall next to it and we paid more than double the amount for parking at the hotel

The hotel is very close to the train station. Can get there without going outside. A sushiro in the building and attched to a mall. Lots of food a shopping options near by. It is time for a update. Has that 80's style. Room was clean for the age. Toilet flushing was difficult some times as you have to use a big lever on the wall. Had to hold it for quite a while in order for it to flush.

Very clean room with ample coffee and tea. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with a spectacular view over Osaka. Ver, very convenient to trains.

The hotel location is excellent! It's connected to Osaka metro and also has covered overpass directly to Abeno Harukas, Q's mall etc. The room was good but the TV is not a smart TV (no Netflix / Youtube) and there's no safe in the room. The staff is helpful and friendly.

とても清潔、部屋が広く、心地よいホテルです。地下鉄　天王寺駅の入口真上、レストランやショッピング等　とても便利です。四天王寺もすぐ近く。
