It is very conveniently located right by the JR. Exit from the west side of the station. Lawson convenient store is on the first floor and it can even help you to make museum reservations. I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast offers different kinds of food. Most delicious.

Really liked this spot because it’s in the middle of Kyoto and Osaka. The hotel is 10/10 there’s a laundry room and a gym room as well as a cafe and Jazz bar which is amazing so much offered by this hotel much better and the price was amazing.

Hotel was very nice, room was adequately sized and the shower was fantastic! Great views of Nara from our floor too. Great location and having a Lawson's was very handy. However, the Jazz bar being closed was definitely a huge downside. It being a part of the hotel was a big reason why I chose it over other competitors. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant either as I couldn't get a reservation. Overall it wasn't a waste but it was a bit deceitful to not alert guests that one of your main attractions was not available

I thought I walked in the wrong hotel because it seemed too luxurious for the price I paid. Incredibly clean along with an aesthetic layout. Great shower as well. Staff was nice and were all fluent in English. Also beside train station and is attached to a Lawson which is a plus

Nice enough hotel but the property does not deserve it's VIP access status. My Gold membership was not recognised at check-in and when I mentioned it I was told there where no benefits. I have stayed in several Nara non-VIP hotels over the last few years and all have treated me better. Redeeming feature was it's excellent shower/bathroom unit in the room so it gets 4 stars.

Room was clean and quiet and the hotel is very conveniently located basically within Nara station. There is also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor. Shower was very nice and room had modern furniture and technology. Staff was very nice and polite.

Location just outside JR Nara station was very convenient to get to all the sightseeing areas. Thoughtful of the property to leave an extra set of towels, water and coffee/tea in a basket so you could skip housekeeping and not be inconvenienced. The one thing that was very weird was that the only view from the room was into the toilet / shower

The hotel was OK. The internet would drop out for about 5 sec every 10 to 15 min. Could not do video web meetings due to loss of single and slow speed. Staff blamed my equipment and said other guest are not having this issue. I Didn’t have this issue in other locations. NO VIP access. NO washing machines. Could pay for per each piece of clothing to dry cleaned. ( staring at about 1,000yen) Lights in room are dimmable but blink at low setting. Told front desk and was told no other guest have this issue (seem to be the go to excuse) . Walls and ceiling seem to thin. Can hear other guest a lot. Bathrooms are nice but water temp will go cold for a couple seconds in the middle of shower when taking a late night shower. (About ever 4 minutes are so) No issue with temp when taking one before about 8pm. The room appears to be clean but they don’t clean under the bed. I found trash from previous guests. Not small pieces but ice cream wraps and such. Good for a night or 2 but any more I would pass on it if staying longer like I did. Will not stay again.

Nice that it was close to rail and bus options also next to info stand. Room has great view , and small but nice shower area.
