Rooms are big and spacious and the Hotel is close to shops, Restaurants and the famous Paradise restaurant which is renowned for it's Hyderabad Biryani.

When I arrived late at night, with the people at reception could not find my reservation as they had not checked the notification from Expedia, while one of them struggled the other one continued with playing games on their cell phone. "I stayed second time at Asrani Hotel and as always the staff from Front Desk ,Room Service,House Keeping & Security are friendly and professional.

Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled.
AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating.
Wrong / double billing for laundry.
Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed.
