Cozy and comfortable

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was comfortable, and quiet, even though it's near a busy road. The room was cozy. The staff were proactively helpful, and I especially appreciate the help from Mr. Sakib and Ms. Nuresha for letting me check in early. The hotel is at a busy location with easy access to transport and facilities.

We got an upgrade to the main Marriott hotel on arrival. The service at this hotel exceeded my expectations and I’m really thankful. Siraj (I think that’s his name) on reception at The Courtyard was wonderful. I would highly recommend. We used the concierge to get taxis around and they were reasonably priced, convenient and friendly.

Hotel was clean and my experience quite good. The area is noisy and crowded so if you are ok with it, I recommend it. I would also recommend adding more dining choices (without going all the way to other Marriott hotel all the time).

The property is well maintained. It is clean and tidy. But the area around it needs to be cleaned. This is the job of the local municipality and the powers to be. The lake Hussain Sagar needs to be cleaned. Overall, Courtyard offers a good deal.
