Wonderful stay with outstanding service

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was awesome with plenty of choices and the staff were friendly, kind and welcoming. In-room dining experience was excellent as well and food was delicious . The hotel was kid-friendly, accommodative and considerate of my toddler’s food needs. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Our 16 night stay was overall an absolutely wonderful world class experience, everything from service to amenities were well organized, neat and polished. The food and service was particularly great. The property was very clean, nicely setup and had multiple options for dining both within the hotel As well as the vicinity. The staff especially team members like Karishma, Neha they are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to understand your request and mostly able to accommodate accordingly. The SPA and salon is beautiful and great staff. Added bonus - tons of shopping within walking distance.

This is a new hotel. Bathrooms are fantastic. Outstanding lobby. There is lot of confusion in dinning area. Most of them are still in training. The property is located in busy area. No view and surrounded by residential properties. Another side busy road. Overall, the property is close to everything and very clean.

This is a truely superb hotel! The staff are polite, welcoming, attentive and we felt there wasn't anything they couldn't do for us. The staff were the best thing about our stay. They showed us around the services we wanted at the hotel and arranged an early check in! Notwithstanding the super breakfast, with a buffet and table menu. We used the bar in the evening. There's an extensive range of spirits and wine plus a good range of Indian, European and American beer at very good value. The staff made sure we had snacks and nibbles with our drinks. The rooms are spacious, soundproof, great bed and shower. Overall, a perfect place to stay. We will return!

The staff are courteous but more training is required. I liked the dining, SPA and fitness center experience. While th check in experience was good, the check o in t experience needs work. Taking care of guest experience needs work. Management needs to be more visible. Noise abatement needs to be considered. The property is next to a busy corridor and noise starts as early as 4 AM when the water tanker comes in (backs in to the property). The SPA experience was great. The therapist was well experienced. Sapna, Pradeep and team were great at the fitness center. They helped me correct some techniques which needed work on the rower and TRX. Appreciate the effort by the staff inspite of the property being new and still under construction in some parts. No management was visible in resolving customer experience issues reported. Leela experience was missing. I stayed at the Leela Mumbai property and this experience was very different. The only place management was very obvious and visible was at the dining (restaurant). The food fare was amazing and service was extraordinary.
