"I stayed in a family room with my son. It was very clean with plenty of storage space, a hairdryer and iron. The beds were very comfortable, though I will say when the sofa bed was made up I couldn't get to the curtains without climbing onto the sofa bed. The bathroom was very clean with good toiletries. My only complaint was that when the water was turned on there was a rotten egg odour now and then. Breakfast was great, the usual food but very tasty. We had our evening meal there too, again it was tasty, but quite pricey compared to a few pub/restaurants I found on Google maps down the road. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."

The room was clean and tidy, with sufficient tea and coffee. I have only given it 4 out of 5 rather than 5 for the following reasons. No bedside/reading lights, and also no ability to turn the main lights out from your bed. It may have been just our room, but there shower was rather lacking a bit of pressure. Despite all of this, if I was visiting Stratford-upon-Avon again I would consider booking this hotel again"
