Tiki bar was excellent service, dinner was excellent…front desk Saturday afternoon…not so much. Check in was perfect, just disappointed in Saturday afternoon."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful, we booked a guided kayak tour and it was amazing and our guide Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful. I read the hotel reviews prior to arrival and the most common negative comments were no coffee pot and slippery tubs and I agreed with them, everything else was great. But due to the review, I just brought my own coffee pot and while we were there the cleaning staff brought a rubber mat to solve the slippery tub. I will definitely stay at Paddletail Lodge if ever in Crystal River again. "
