"Perfectly situated right at the end of the River - super easy to launch kayaks and SUP’s. House set up was carefully designed and lots of extras provided such as paper products and some cleaning supplies. Neighborhood very walkable and easy for pet parents . Hosts are very attentive and helpful. This was our second stay. Highly recommend!"

"We had a fantastic stay here and absolutely recommend it! The owners have made a number of tasteful upgrades, and the home is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. They were also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.The location is quiet, peaceful, and just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences (Weeki Wachee 6min). We especially appreciated the extra privacy, since the neighboring lots don't have homes on them.One of the highlights was kayaking and paddleboarding right from the backyard. It was a fun experience. Be mindful of the tide levels as there is a very small bridge you have to pass under. As a bonus, a manatee and her calf swam by on our last day, which made for a memorable experience!We had zero issues during our stay and would very likely book this property again. A experience overall!"

"We had an amazing stay! This cozy little spot on the river had everything we needed and truly captured those classic Old Florida vibes. The property was well-equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and a private dock, making it easy to spend our days out on the water. The back deck overlooking the canal was the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening.The location couldn't have been better—just a short paddle to the main river and close to Hospital Hole, where we were lucky enough to see both dolphins and manatees! It's also only about 10 minutes from the beach, so you get the best of both worlds.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Florida getaway!"
