"There were no pool towels. When I asked the front desk they said she would call housekeeping, an hour later I went back and asked for manager. Finally the manager and housekeeping supervisor brought us bath towels for the pool. We had snacks at tiki bar, dinner at west 82, which was delicious. Breakfast Saturday, before our massages was not what we expected. It took a long time and was cold, the water…what’s up with that? We live in Homosassa and recommend the plantation, we’ve actually stayed...

"Room was comfortable. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. Only one trash can but i mentioned as i checked out and they wrote it down. No free breakfast or coffee in room but got coffee in shop in lobby for a price. They had a variety of breakfast food. Microwave and small refrigerator in room. It had 3 to 4 restaurants to choose from within walking distance of room and a new place being built. Our room was quiet especially with the sound of air conditioner but our friends said they heard one of restaurant's music from their room. We had a downstairs room, they had upstairs room. Friendly staff. "

Tiki bar was excellent service, dinner was excellent…front desk Saturday afternoon…not so much. Check in was perfect, just disappointed in Saturday afternoon."
