Nice room with a great shower head in the bath. Welcome croissants were a nice treat. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful gardens and seating areas. Walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. An iron and ironing board would be nice.

This boutique stay with a quaint charm was way more than expected. We knew it got good ratings, but we literary were amazed at the charm of this place. The room we had was amazing, staff was incredible, and the restaurant had incredible food. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. It was a sweet surprise after our long day of travel. We will definitely be back.

A must-stay motel

The Retreat at Crystal Manatee is an amazing place. It's newly refurbished and centrally located for all the adventures in the area. This place is a Jewel.

Great place!

Total gem in Crystal River! Very conveniently located to local to do's and food establishments. Not for those who are looking for gyms and pools.... But if it is a clean and modern room you're looking for then look no further!

We were very surprised to be so close to Crystal River(where you can rent kayaks, etc.) and to very nice restaurants and shops. The rooms were beautiful, recently updated. We were greeted by the freindly staff and then later was brought homemade pastries, another nice surprise. Breakfast was included, simple but very nice. We will recommend this place to our friends and we'll be back!

Very clean and pleasant

Facility was very clean and well maintained. A few suggestions from my point of view would be providing extra roll of toilet paper, moving coffee machine to breakfast area and providing more places to hang towels, cloths, etc in bathroom.

Quaint, charming place to stay.

This retreat is perfectly located to visit the manatees. The surrounding area is charming. And the retreat is being renovated/updated. The room we stayed in was completely redone & charming. It was a bit odd that the only sink was in the main area, not in the bathroom, however, it was nicely done. There is no breakfast or coffee available so keep this in mind when you stay here. Overall, would recommend.
