The outside had plenty of yard and a nice screened in porch overlooking the lake. The water fall feature was a nice addition for relaxation in the back yard. It was conveniently located between several of the Springs and State Parks. We visited Hunter Springs Park, Homosassa State Park, Silver Springs State Park, Weeki Wachee State Park...

"We had the luck to find this lovely place and be the first guests to book! We enjoyed the calm relaxed area. Everything available was top notch. The coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, linen's were all A++. The birding was amazing, White Ibis, King Fishers, Osprey, Bald Eagles, Black Vultures, Fly Catchers, not to mention the beautiful and vocal neighborhood Peacock pair!! (we had a pair when we were newly weds 33 years ago! Loved having them... The host had the missing propane...

"Room was comfortable. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. Only one trash can but i mentioned as i checked out and they wrote it down. No free breakfast or coffee in room but got coffee in shop in lobby for a price. They had a variety of breakfast food. Microwave and small refrigerator in room. It had 3 to 4 restaurants to choose from within walking distance of room and a new place being built. Our room was quiet especially with the sound of air conditioner but our friends said they heard one of restaurant's music from their room. We had a downstairs room, they had upstairs room. Friendly staff. "

"There were no pool towels. When I asked the front desk they said she would call housekeeping, an hour later I went back and asked for manager. Finally the manager and housekeeping supervisor brought us bath towels for the pool. We had snacks at tiki bar, dinner at west 82, which was delicious. Breakfast Saturday, before our massages was not what we expected. It took a long time and was cold, the water…what’s up with that? We live in Homosassa and recommend the plantation, we’ve actually stayed there for our anniversary, sunset tour and all of our family members for the manatee tour. Tiki bar was excellent service, dinner was excellent…front desk Saturday afternoon…not so much. Check in was perfect, just disappointed in Saturday afternoon."
