"We had a kayak trailer. Since it was small, they allowed us to park it in a separate spot of an unused room number was available. The renovation was very well done, loved the beds, decorations, etc. AND a full kitchen. We would have loved to stay longer. "

"Room was comfortable. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. Only one trash can but i mentioned as i checked out and they wrote it down. No free breakfast or coffee in room but got coffee in shop in lobby for a price. They had a variety of breakfast food. Microwave and small refrigerator in room. It had 3 to 4 restaurants to choose from within walking distance of room and a new place being built. Our room was quiet especially with the sound of air conditioner but our friends said they heard one of restaurant's music from their room. We had a downstairs room, they had upstairs room. Friendly staff. "

"Such fun! So relaxing! The pool was wonderful, the kids didnt want to come out. The patio had wonderful shade and fans and made a perfect place to supervise. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked easily. The grill was just fun. My first time using a Blackstone but I’m sold. We kayaked in the canal, fished, hiked Crystal River Preserve State Park, swam at Fort Island and saw manatees at Hunter Park. We had a wonderful vacation. The house was cool and comfortable and had everything from night lights to beach towels. Thank you so much for such a relaxing trip. Huge fans from North Carolina!"

"There were no pool towels. When I asked the front desk they said she would call housekeeping, an hour later I went back and asked for manager. Finally the manager and housekeeping supervisor brought us bath towels for the pool. We had snacks at tiki bar, dinner at west 82, which was delicious. Breakfast Saturday, before our massages was not what we expected. It took a long time and was cold, the water…what’s up with that? We live in Homosassa and recommend the plantation, we’ve actually stayed there for our anniversary, sunset tour and all of our family members for the manatee tour. Tiki bar was excellent service, dinner was excellent…front desk Saturday afternoon…not so much. Check in was perfect, just disappointed in Saturday afternoon."

"100% satisfied there was everything we needed to enjoy our Anniversary weekend. We will definitely be back. Host was super quick at replying to my messages. Neighbor was super nice and made sure we were doing ok. Seafood restaurant and marina were so close we walked to them. Very impressive place"
