"Property was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the patio to with the grill was nice for cooking out. Easy access to beach and all the accessories were in excellent shape and were great for the beach."

It came with beach chairs and an umbrella - although that was not promised. You’ll want to check in and see what’s there before renting chairs and umbrellas. We could not have asked for more."

"We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property on Holmes Beach. The condo was spacious, spotless and well appointed. Lovely pool and tennis/pickleball court. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Gulf Place is a beautifully kept condo complex with very helpful staff. The owners were easy to contact but really we had no occasion as the whole two weeks were nothing but enjoyable and seamless. Would highly recommend this property."

"The condo was steps from the beach, came very well equipped, very comfortable living room furniture. Storage area with beach chairs wagon made daily beach trip easy. Small heated pool. This area of Holmes beach is beautiful & quiet. Would defiantly stay again."

"House was clean and comfortable. Had everything our family of 4, with a 6 & 4 year old needed (including a step stool in the bathroom so they could reach the sink). Smart tvs for streaming apps, nice pool for breaking up the beach time. Good location, walking distance to beach access, stores and restaurants. Over all, excellent place to stay and will hopefully stay again"

"We stayed at Mainsail with our two kids (10 & 8). Our unit was spacious and clean. Pool is nice, large, and clean. Fantastic & direct access to the beach including beach chairs. There's a bunch of pool/beach toys for kids' use. Cental location in AMI. Just a few mins to Pine Ave or to Publix. My only note is that while the kitchens have the basics (plates, glasses, cutlery, a few pans) - they are pretty sparse. If you plan to cook, you'll need to buy everything. "Great property! Spacious kitchen, living room and bedrooms. First time to A.M.I., and it was beautiful! Liked the proximity to the beach and beachfront pool, but wish the property had a pool bathroom on the lowest level. Definitely suggest to rent a golf cart to cruise around the island. Could walk or trolley but the golf cart was definitely more efficient."
