"The location was perfect, and we understood this was an older property. Access to the beach was easy and close by, just a few feet off the deck. This meant stunning, sunrises and gorgeous sunsets.Our only concern was that the house did not appear to have been cleaned well prior to our arrival. "

"The house had a den as well as a living room/dining area. It had both a front and back balcony which were lovely to sit on and visit or enjoy the view and the breeze. The back of the house looked out on a marsh where there was lots of wildlife: deer and a wide variety of shore birds. The kitchen was well supplied with both dishes and cookware which was very helpful in cooking and eating our own meals. Being a second-row house we didn't have a direct path from the house onto the beach, but our beach access was only a short walk from the house. We had nine people in our group and the house was very comfortable and fit our needs well. We had great communication with our hosts, who were friendly and helpful."
