"We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We booked it during the off season in November and thanks to the weather cooperating, we were able to get the pool heated and it was heavenly (a highlight of our stay). The property is located nearly all the way down on the West side. It had great views of both the sunrise and sunset. Spacious porches with comfy rocking chairs. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was meticulously organized and had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with and was very kind. Overall - an amazing visit and great host. It’s hard not to be happy at Holden Beach :) "

"The house had a den as well as a living room/dining area. It had both a front and back balcony which were lovely to sit on and visit or enjoy the view and the breeze. The back of the house looked out on a marsh where there was lots of wildlife: deer and a wide variety of shore birds. The kitchen was well supplied with both dishes and cookware which was very helpful in cooking and eating our own meals. Being a second-row house we didn't have a direct path from the house onto the beach, but our beach access was only a short walk from the house. We had nine people in our group and the house was very comfortable and fit our needs well. We had great communication with our hosts, who were friendly and helpful."

"This house is amazingly well laid out & perfectly stocked with all the things you may need! Jason & Linda did a great job of communicating what items are there for guest use and what the guests need to provide on their own. There were no surprises except for the bedrooms (which were ALL lovely) the pool and tiki bar area (perfect for family gatherings) and the extremely well stocked kitchen with every dish, pan and gadget you could possibly need. Well done - we will be back!"

"From beginning to end the rental company was in constant contact with us! I had an amazing experience with them. Even on Thursday they had arranged an Ice Cream Truck to visit all the rentals. Very nice touch!! They gave us excellent dinner recommendations. As for the house top notch we had never been to Holden Beach and we all fell in love with the quite tranquil setting. We are definitely coming back was a beautiful beach and the house was nicely located on the beach so everyone could enjoy both the views as well as the beach access.
