"Excellent though a bit busy downtown location. Beautiful hotel lounge area at the lobby level. Delicious desserts there! The team of staff, from front desk to baggage helpers, was professional, courteous and friendly. The hotel room has all the expected room accessories: slippers, umbrella, coffee, weight scale, etc. All very well-thought out. A curtain was loose and two maintenance staffs came right away to fix it. We enjoyed our stay a lot! "

"It is excellent no complaints what so ever! We had a wonderful stay. So close to everything. We walked back from Old Montreal and it was only a 45 min walk in the evening. A few blocks up is Catherine's Street which makes it so convienient as you can find everything there. We loved it! I would totally recommend it! "

"Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. A few minor details though: a full length mirror would be nice, as there was just the one over the sink in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet (at 5’5” I could barely reach it when sitting). Also, the restaurant was closed for renovations so we always had to go out to eat, and there was an odd smell in the lobby of our floor (but not in the room itself). This being said, I would still go back as the location was very convenient, even with all the surrounding construction."
