"The apt, the folks who work for the mgmt group-all wonderful. Super clean, all brand new- very large- the beds were so comfortable. The interior is great. No elevator so it is a pretty tough 5th floor walk up. The keys to the interior doors from the street take some jiggling and talking nice to, made it stressful coming in at night with leering vagrants on the street. "Location was perfect for our needs. There were three of us so the bedroom plus sofa bed were great in theory but the bedroom is against the wall one side and only a tiny amount of room the other. This wasn’t clear from the description or photo. If our daughter wasn’t with us we would have slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Otherwise the place was clean and comfortable."

"The space itself is great. Exactly as pictured. Kinda shotgun three rooms on second floor. The color scheme is kinda cool grey and new. The stairs are a little rickety goin up but that was ok and the bed was large and comfortable. But it was the details where I got sad. It’s managed by a company called Viagem and they were great about getting right back to my many complaints and questions . No paper towels no trash bags the bathroom needed cleaning pretty bad.
