I stayed at the Hyatt while in Indianapolis for work. I knew I was going to be doing lots of work in the room preparing for several meetings. This room was well equipped with all that I needed in order to work comfortably and efficiently including plenty of power outlets and even a sitting chair where I rearrange the desk up to it if I wanted to be a bit more comfortable while I worked. I was also pleased to discover a panel on the side of the desk where I could connect my laptop and preview my presentation on the tv screen to see how it would look. Such a perk! I could see how this would be great for parents staying with kids who want to watch a movie from their computers. Also, I discovered a automatic nightlight that goes on when you get out of bed at night so you can see where you are going, such a nice touch. The only thing that would have made it nicer would have been a small light in the wardrobe as it was a bit dark in there, but all it all this space was GREAT! Will definitely be staying here when I return to Indianapolis for business and pleasure. Oh and its perfectly situated in town and connected to the Circle Center Mall via walking tubes.
If you're going to a Colts game this is the place to stay! Walking distance, lots of bars and restaurants around. Nice hotel. Some of the rooms are pretty small but then orders are big. If you have the opportunity to upgrade definitely do it! Last time we stayed we had a walk out patio.
The staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. I like that they were right downtown and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. I recommend St. Elmo steak house. You will not be disappointed.
Love the views from anywhere in the hotel. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. Osteria Pronto served tasty, healthy food. Location and overall atmosphere are great! High floor room had a special shower as well.
