Apartments in Tarrytown

"It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...

"The HOST wouldn't give the location until 2 hrs before check in & refused cancel as actual location unknown until arrival. Bad or late communication via app. Apartment wasn’t the 1 shown in listing. Location was 1/2 mile plus from listing map or listed address. Key was in lockbox around corner attached to NYC parking sign. 2nd story walkup over restaurants. Bathroom is old,w/ heavily mildewed shower,cracked tiles, chipped peeling paint & brown hole above tub. Disgusting soap dispenser.2 pipes in...

"This was an unregistered listing in violation of New York Law. Both the property management team and VRBO are violating the law. Neighbors informed us they would be calling the police. In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience."
