For 80 dollars/night (tax inc.), two bed, two bath, kitchen, included breakfast, great location, and much more, I highly recommend Emm hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing, food was great, the location of the hotel is in the center of hcmc, making it easy to take grabs/walk.

Good clean hotel. Bare necessities but 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were a plus. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help. Gave us detailed directions to the surrounding churches and made sure we got the directions correctly.

I stayed at Hotel EMM Saigon for 10 days, and my overall experience was excellent. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us - helping with our luggage and even allowing us an early check-in before 2:00 PM, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day, and the housekeeping team maintained our room perfectly throughout our stay. The reception staff were always polite, professional, and quick to answer all our queries and doubts with a smile. It’s clear that the entire management team is well-trained and committed to making guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Hotel EMM Saigon, for such warm hospitality. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 3 stars hotel. They have all you need, a clean room, good breakfast option, very helpful and nice staff, good location. They are all above expectation for a 3 stars hotel. They are part of Thien Minh Group, so I can feel they are doing better job than most of the other hotels at the same level. I give 4 stars rating because I think they are still have room to improve, and I definitely will choose their hotels in the future.

Room was clean but couch was old, hard, bed was very hard. Washroom was clean but clear sign of mildew in shower, had shampoo, body gel in shower, no hair conditioner. Had a small bar of hand soap, toothbrush with paste, small comb and shower cap. Had full kitchen and full fridge. Breakfast was amazing! There was a pho cart and beef and chicken was available with some greens and condiments. Lots of fresh fruit, 2 kinds of cereal, coffee with milk or condensed milk. Juice which was usually quite watered down from ice. Always ice and water. Lots of fresh bread and croissants to die for. Oh and the homemade yogurt loved! We went for dinner one evening is was good, we had beef pho and vermicelli. Services is always good. Excellent location in district 3, easy to walk to lots of food and road was not too busy like district 1. It is crazy nuts there, very loud. Quite evenings where we stayed. Overall would recommend
