"The picture of the 2 bedroom 2 bath you see online is actually the apartment of the gentleman who took us to our room apartment in the building, not the one we received. The rooms we received were clean sparsely furnished and appeared well used and in need of refresh. I cleaned the ceiling vents in both bathrooms myself due to hanging cobwebs One room had holes where tv in wall had been. If staying one night close to airport it is ok. "This is a dodgy shadow operator who will likely cancel your booking last-minute for someone paying a better rate, leaving you stranded or attempting to move you to a different building without notice while giving changing and ridiculous reasons for the cancellation. Exactly what happened to me and they will insist to speak to you outside of the hotels. com app to avoid scrutiny. Don’t risk this booking. Be cautious and avoid that listing at all costs!"

"Die Anlage kenne ich bereits, aber diesmal war es katastrophal. Als wir ankamen, war das Apartment angeblich nicht mehr verfügbar. Anstatt es vorher mit dem Gast zu kommunizieren, wird bei der Abholung am Flughafen gesagt, dass sie uns woanders unterbringen wollen. Völlig unprofessionell. Das ist ein Masche, Gäste in eine andere billigere Unterkunft unterzubringen, mit der Hoffnung, dass es auch klappt. Ich kann nur dringend hiervon abraten. "

"Stayed at the Reverie for 8 nights from late July to Early August. It is a rare to be able to say that I have ZERO complaints about a hotel but here we are. Khao assisted with baggage at both ends of the trip and with his colleague Truong, went above and beyond to assist me after a luggage strap was lost in transit from the airport. At both check in and check out, Van was accommodating and efficient – answering questions and helping to problem-solve while keeping things moving. Every member of the housekeeping team that we encountered (and didn’t) was professional and courteous, doing far more than the cursory daily job that one might expect given the size of this hotel. Lien in the spa worked wonders after the stress of travel – 3 hours of tranquility that I won’t soon forget. In a sea of exemplary staff, in the Cardinal Café at breakfast who were the real standouts: Vy, Thy, Ngan, Phong, Linh, Thy & Tran (just to name a few), were the epitome of hospitable. I was ill, and I was met with genuine care and consideration from everyone after a mortifying experience. While this is likely just business as usual for those at the Reverie, their professionalism and kindness were a standout for me. The hotel is ornately decorated. Our room was large, clean and well-maintained. The gym was clean and was never full so although it isn’t huge, it did the job. The central location made most sites walkable or very easy to get to by Grab. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. "
