"The property is attractive and well maintained. If room is on the harbor side the view is excellent. Restaurants on premises are poor with the exception of the Reel Restaurant, but that has only sandwiches and "bar" food. Many of the employees working at the front desk have a serious deficit understanding and clearly speaking English.Do not expect concierge or any luggage assistance. The setting is very nice and there is an hourly shuttle to Charleston, BUT customer service is seriously lacking."
